WHO AM I?
G’day. My name is Liam Gooley, Director of AM.
I have extensive experience partnering with leaders, teams and organisations in high performance environments to help them translate data into practical insights, develop critical leadership capabilities and create highly accountable and supportive team climates.
My background in Organisational Psychology, performance analytics and applied experience contribute to an evidence based approach targeting the factors that inhibit and drive sustainable success. Through an evidence-based approach we’ll work towards meaningful change, not a sugar hit.
